V-League 2023: Hanoi Police Club lifts the championship trophy
The 1-1 draw against Thanh Hoa was enough for the Hanoi Police Club to be crowned the V.League 2023. Thus, after 20 years, the V.League saw a newly promoted team immediately win the championship.
VAR continues to be applied in the match between Hanoi FC and Hai Phong Club
After the first match VAR was officially operated in round 3, VPF will continue to apply VAR technology in the match between Hanoi FC and Hai Phong Club, on August 2, 2023 in the round 4 period 2 Night Wolf National Championship 2023.
“VAR will contribute to improving the quality of V.League”
The leaders of the VFF and the leaders of the VPF shared that the application of VAR would make matches more fair and contribute to improving the quality of matches and tournaments.

After being approved by FIFA to allow the use of VAR technology at matches in accordance with FIFA’s VAR referee standards, VPF is continuing to take the next steps to be able to soon apply VAR technology right at some matches of the 2023 season.

As part of the plan to bring video technology to assist referees (VAR technology) to apply in matches at V.League, VPF Company has organized a VAR referee training class at LAB for a period from February 20 to March 6 in Hanoi.

V.League Awards 2022: Honoring and shining titles
At the end of the exciting 2022 National Professional Football season, Vietnam Professional Football Joint Stock Company (VPF Company) organizes the V.League Awards 2022 to honor teams and individuals who have achieved excellent results. The program was held at S1 studio, Military Broadcasting Center, 165 Xa Dan, Dong Da, Hanoi; broadcast on VTV5 and online media channel VPF Media.
