Head coach Mai Duc Chung: “The players played with high competitive spirit”
Spoke after the match with host Korea, head coach Mai Duc Chung said he satisfied with the performance of the team, especially the young players.

“The players played with 3 requires: receive minimum goals from the opponent, no injury, and no yellow card. I really satisfied with the young players, our players are only 19 years old, and this is the first time they play in an international tournament against a strong team. We want them to improve and have well communicated with the older players”. Head coach Mai Duc Chung said.
Head coach of Vietnam Women Team acknowledged that the level of Vietnam still lower than Korea, however, the players have a competitive spirit, and the team can maintain the tactics after lost 3 goals and avoid to received more goals from the players of Korea team.
