Vietnam national team’s friendly matches in September 2022
As part of the preparation for the 2022 AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup, Vietnam team will have 2 “test” matches at the international football tournament organized by VFF during the FIFA days next September.

Specifically, the international football tournament organized by VFF will have the participation of Vietnam Team and 2 guest teams, Singapore and India. 3 teams will compete in a round robin to calculate points and find out the champion. The matches are expected to take place at Thong Nhat Stadium (HCMC) from September 21 to September 27, 2022, in which Vietnam Team will meet Singapore Team on September 21 and India on September 27. September 24 will be the match between Singapore and India.
According to the plan agreed by VFF and head coach Park Hang-seo, to prepare for the friendly tournament, Vietnam Team will gather on September 17, after the end of round 16 Night Wolf V.League 1-2022.
Currently, head coach Park Hang-seo and coaching assistants are actively watching the matches at V.League in order to select the best performing players as well as competitive and standard new factors for Vietnam Team towards the 2022 AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup.
