FIFA provides equipment to serve the Vietnamese women’s team
Today (July 13), the Vietnam women’s team received equipment provided by FIFA during the 2023 Women’s World Cup in New Zealand and Australia.
In order to create the best conditions for the training and competition of the teams, FIFA provides equipment including: ice boxes, water bottles, training equipment bags, competition balls, tournament stamps for players’ uniforms, etc. Other training equipment will be provided directly by FIFA at the team’s training field in the next few days.
The Vietnam women’s team arrived in New Zealand two weeks earlier than the official start time of the Women’s World Cup so that the team could soon adapt to the conditions here. Sharing at the training session this afternoon, captain Huynh Nhu said: “Currently, the health of the whole team is very good and is actively preparing for the match against Spain. With the support of FIFA and the Vietnam Football Federation, the team has very good conditions. Before that, the team also had a useful training camp in Germany with friendly matches. This will be an opportunity for the whole team to draw experience and learn, thereby preparing the best for the upcoming tournament.”
“I hope everyone will always love and accompany the Vietnam women’s team. The whole team will try to do their best to response the trust of Vietnamese football fans,” Huynh Nhu affirmed.
