Head coach Mai Duc Chung is present in New Zealand, kicking off the campaign for FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023
Today at 18:00 (local time), the delegation of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) was present in Auckland, New Zealand, where the draw for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup finals will take place on October 22.
After a journey of nearly 16 hours with two transit in Singapore and Australia, head coach Mai Duc Chung and members of VFF’s delegation were warmly welcomed by the local organizers at Auckland International Airport. The delegations attending this event were arranged by FIFA to have specific entrance line at the airport, so that immigration procedures were quick and convenient.
In order to create the best conditions for the delegations attending the draw, FIFA arranges 24/7 team service centers right at the Cordis hotel – the residence of the team’s representatives.
Tomorrow morning, representatives of the teams attending the seminar will introduce the overview of the event program and accommodation conditions during the competition. Tomorrow afternoon, head coach Mai Duc Chung will attend a seminar exclusively for coaches before going to the draw ceremony for the FIFA World Cup Australia/New Zealand 2023 at 19:30 at Aotea Center, Auckland.
