Head coach Park Hang-seo thanks players, captain Que Ngoc Hai proud of the Vietnam team
With the competitive spirit, Vietnam national team had the victory 2-1 over Malaysia to get the advantage to join in the next round of the World Cup 2022 Qualifier. At the press conference, head coach Park Hang-seo thanked the effort for players. Meanwhile, captain Que Ngoc Hai expressed the pride of his team.

Head coach Park Hang-seo said that this is a tired game, we cannot predict the result after the match with UAE, however, these 3 points is a big step for Vietnam. He wants to thanks the players for their effort until the last minutes of the match.
At the last round on Jun 15, the Vietnam team will face host UAE. If have a draw, we will stay ahead and keep going as a winner of Group G.
Captain Que Ngoc Hai:
“This match was very difficult because Vietnam and Malaysia playing together much time in ASEAN. In the most difficult moment, the team united and fought together. Before this journey, we knew that our country is fighting against the pandemic, head coach Park said that if we can win in the matches, it will be a good motivation for the spectator. We did it after two matches. I am very proud of my team”.
