Da Nang and Binh Duong, who were held to a goalless draw against Pisico Binh Dinh this past week, are even at 18 points a piece, with the former taking the top position on goal difference.

Da Nang striker Almeida put the home side two points ahead before the half, a lead that was squandered when Song Lam Nghe An’s Le Cong Vinh, this year’s Golden Ball winner, found the back of the net twice to even the score.
