VFF Unveil New Futsal Coach
HANOI (29 March 2014) – The Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) have unveiled Bruno Garcia as their new Futsal coach to replace Italian Sergio Gargelli.

The Spanish-born Garcia signed a three and a half contract with the VFF.
“I have learned certain things about Vietnam Futsal before I accepted the position,” added the 40-year-old Garcia. “Vietnamese futsal players are very fast and skillful. However, it is not good enough for Futsal, they have to combine the technical and tactical thinking, teamwork and logical move to have good results.”
“In Asia, Thailand, Japan and Iran are the three best Futsal teams. So, I need time to do my job well and help Vietnam Futsal progress.”
Garcia had previously won the Ramon Cobo Award for the Best Futsal coach of the Spanish Football Federation for the 2011-2012 season.
