National Championship Division 2 – Alpha Cup 2022 Final: Binh Thuan and Hoa Binh promoted
On the afternoon of June 8, in 19/8 Nha Trang Stadium, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province, the final round of National Championship Division 2 – Alpha Cup 2022 was held. In the first match, Binh Thuan had a close winning over Hai Nam Vinh Yen Vinh Phuc to have the first ticket to promote to the Division 1 – 2023. On the other hand, Hoa Binh had an outstanding victory 3-0 to join the Division 1-2023.
09/06/2022 15:32:39Binh Thuan, despite being 2-0 down and playing with 10 people, still excellently scored a 2-2 equalizer. The scorers for Binh Thuan were Nguyen Dinh Loi and Thanh Hung respectively in the 56th and 77th minutes. The match had to be resolved by a penalty shootout at 11 m.

Le Ngoc Trong had a goal to lead 1-0 for Hoa Binh. The goal raised the excitement of the players, and they continued to attack the goal of goalkeeper Tran Trung Kien. In the extra time of the first half, Nguyen van Tung had the second goal for Hoa Binh.
Moving to the second half, Hoa Binh continued controlling the game. In the 81st minute, Hoa Binh had the third goal by Nguyen Nam Truong. Final score is 3-0 for Hoa Binh.
