Notice of adjusting the schedule of the national professional tournament in 2020
On 4th Feb 2020, Vietnam Professional Football JSC (VPF) announced the notice of adjusting the schedule of the national professional tournament in 2020.
According to the Decision 173/QĐ-TTg of Prime Minister about the acute respiratory tract inflammation (nCoV) (issued on 1st Jan 2020);
With the agreement of Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) to change the schedule of the national professional tournament in 2020;
Executive Board of the national professional tournaments in 2020 announces the plan of the tournaments:
- The starting time of the national professional tournaments in 2020 won’t be held as the schedule which was issued on 6th Jan 2020 (Decision 01/QĐ-VPF).
2. Due to the real situation, the organizer will announce the schedule as one of the plans:
2.1. Plan A:
- V.League: kick-off on 29th Feb 2020
- V.League 2: kick-off on 14th Mar 2020
- National Cup: kick-off on 23rd Feb 2020
2.2. Plan B:
- V.League: kick-off on 7th Mar 2020
- V.League 2: kick-off on 14th Mar 2020
- National Cup: kick-off on 3rd Apr 2020
For the success of the national professional tournaments in 2020, the Executive Board hopes to cooperate with all clubs.
