Delegates included: Mr. Trần Quốc Tuấn – VFF Permanent Vice President; Mr. Lê Văn Thành – VFF Executive Committee’s member, Head of Financial Department; Mr. Phạm Ngọc Tuấn – VFF Executive Committee’s member, Head of Movement Football Department; Mr. Đỗ Văn Nhật – Deputy Head of Women Football Department; Mr. Lê Hoài Anh – VFF General Secretary, Deputy General Secretaries, and head of function departments; Mr. Bùi Đình Tế – Chairman of Thai Son Bac Electric Equipment Trading Company Limited; Mr. Trần Anh Minh – CEO of Thai Son Bac Electric Equipment Trading Company Limited; Mr. Mai Thế Hưng – PR Director of Dong Luc Company; and 8 teams.

Speak at the ceremony, Mr. Lê Hoài Anh – VFF General Secretary thanked the cooperation of Thai Son Bac Electric Equipment Trading Company Limited – Main sponsor of the tournament. “This will be a great motivation for the teams as well as Vietnamese Women Football. VFF promised that we will continue to create a favorable condition for the matches, to meet the expectation of fan and sponsor”.

At the ceremony, after agreeing with the schedule of the tournament, the completion department draws the fixture of the matches. According to that, host Phong Phú Hà Nam will play at the opening match with Thái Nguyên T&T on 13th Aug.

This year, the participant teams increase from 7 to 8 teams, included: Apec Sơn La, Hà Nội I Watabe, Hà Nội II Watabe, Phong Phú Hà Nam, TP Hồ Chí Minh I và TP Hồ Chí Minh II, Than KSVN và Thái Nguyên T&T. The teams will play as a round with 2 legs. The first leg will kick-off from 13th Aug to 4th Sep at Hà Nam Stadium and Vietnam Youth Football Training Centre (Hanoi). The second leg will take place from 1st Oct to 22nd Oct.
