On 27th Feb, Vietnam Professional Football JSC announced the 4th Notification about the Thaco National Football Super Cup 2019 between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi Club.
According to that, the match will be held at Thong Nhat Stadium at 4:30 p.m on 1st Mar. On the afternoon of 29th Feb, the organizer will hold the press conference with the participant of head coaches and captains of 2 teams at Thong Nhat Stadium. Both teams will join the technical meeting at 3 p.m.
Chairman of VPF Tran Anh Tu said that the match had to delay for a long time if continue delay, other plans in 2020 of Vietnam Football will be affected. Therefore, the organizer will plan to ensure the tournaments will have the best quality as well as safety.
Because of Covid-19, the organizer of Super Cup 2019 decided to kick-off the match without an audience. However, to ensure the interest of the game, the organizer is planning to allow 100 fans per team to come inside the stadium. These fans have to register with the organizer and do the medical test before coming into the stadium.
Mr. Tran Anh Tu said that he and his partners are very sorry to close the stadium because this match is an interested and high-level match. However, heath is the most important thing so the organizer will have to ensure safety.
