Vietnam maintained the second place in Southeast Asia with 218 points, three points less than the Philippines who are leading in the region.
Despite the championship at the 2014 Southeast Asian Football Championship – AFF Suzuki Cup, Thailand dropped two places to 147th in the world ranking and sit fourth in Southeast Asia with 182 points, 18 points less than Myanmar – who currently rank third.
In Asia, Iran (51st in the world) remained on top with 588 points, followed by Japan (54th in the world) with 563 points and the Republic of Korea (69th in the world) with 487 points respectively.
The world top ten rankings have not seen any changes with Germany, Argentina and Colombia maintaining their top-three places with 1725, 1538 and 1450 points respectively.
According to the rankings, Bahrain jumped 12 positions to the 110th place in the world and became the highest achieving team over the last month.
