After taking the crown in the Southeast Asian Championship last week, the 25-member squad of Viet Nam women”s football team gathered for a training session at the National Sports Training Centre 1 in Ha Noi.

After taking the crown in the Southeast Asian Championship last week, the 25-member squad of Viet Nam women”s football team gathered for a training session at the National Sports Training Centre 1 in Ha Noi.

Viet Nam outplayed Chinese Taipei 1-0, Thailand 3-2 and Myanmar 1-0 in HCM City”s Thanh Long Sports Centre to take the title.

The training, which will commence after a week of much-deserved rest, is in preparation for the final round of the Asia Football Championship in Australia on July 21-30.

As scheduled, the team will have friendly matches with other men”s amateur teams in Ha Noi next week.
