Prime Minister congratulates the wonderful victory of U23 Vietnam

Immediately after the final match of the 2022 AFF U23 Championship, Vietnam Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh congratulated and praised all players of the U23 Vietnam, the coaching assistants had excellently won over U23 Thailand in the final to be crowned champion. This is a very proud achievement because our team had to deal with numerous difficulties due to the fast-changing of the COVID-19 epidemic. But with the bravery, the Vietnamese spirit, the spirit of the Golden Star Warriors, the coaching assistants and the players overcame adversity, determined to do their best for our country’s spỉit, for the fans’ belief to have an excellent preparation and competition process, bringing joy and pride to the country, people and fans nationwide. Along with the achievements of the women’s football team and the national men’s football team in the past 1 month, we have more faith and hope about the development of national football. The Prime Minister wished all the coaching assitstants and the team good health and continued to have more excellent achievements in the coming time.
On this occasion, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also recognized and praised our overseas organizations, individuals and compatriots, especially fans across the country, who have always accompanied, shared, cheered and stood side by side. Together with the team during the past arduous journey, contributing to creating synergy, helping our U23 team to go to a meaningful victory, delighting fans nationwide.
