U23 Vietnam has arrived in Bangkok
On the morning of August 14, U23 Vietnam under the guidance of head coach Hoang Anh Tuan set out for Thailand to enter the training phase ahead of the 2023 AFF U23 Championship.

Departing from Noi Bai International Airport – Hanoi at 8:50, the whole team arrived at Suvarnabhumi International Airport at 10:30 on the same day. Here, the team was well-received by the host, arranged a priority area for immigration procedures, thus saving a lot of time for the team of coach Hoang Anh Tuan. In particular, the Vietnamese Embassy in Thailand is also very take care of the team, sending representatives to the airport to welcome and enthusiastically support the team members.
During the training period before the 2023 AFF U23 Championship, the U23 Vietnam was arranged to stay at the AL Meroz hotel, located about 20 minutes by bus from Suvarnabhumi airport and very close to the training venue.
This afternoon the team will have the first training session at 16:00 to prepare for the friendly match against U23 Bahrain taking place at 18:00 on August 15. Coaching assistants also planned to use force in this match to check and evaluate the performance of the players, especially the new players. This is a match exclusively for the professional work of the two teams, so it will take place on the field without an audience and without media operations.
