U23 Vietnam was present at the venue of the AFF U23 Championship 2023
After more than 2 hours of traveling by bus from Bangkok, this afternoon (August 16) the U23 Vietnam was present in Rayong, located 168 km from Bangkok. This is the venue for the AFF U23 Championship 2023.

At Rayong, the team of coach Hoang Anh Tuan was arranged by the organizers to stay at the 4-star Star Convention Hotel, located quite close to the training field and the competition’s venue. Except for the host U23 Thailand, this is also the accommodation of the teams participating in the tournament.
As planned, this afternoon the team will enter the first training session at Rayong. However, because the players had just undergone a friendly match against U23 Bahrain, coach Hoang Anh Tuan decided to adjust his off-field training activities to gym activities and then recover at the hotel swimming pool. The good news is that no player of U23 Vietnam has been injured or has health problems.
Coach Hoang Anh Tuan and his players have 3 days to prepare for the opening match against U23 Laos. Tomorrow morning, representatives of coaching assistants will attend a match coordination meeting organized by AFF. Head coach Hoang Anh Tuan and a player will attend a press conference before the group stage.
