AFC congratulated the qualifying teams of the Women’s Olympic Football Tournament Paris 2024TM – Asian Qualifiers Round 1
Today (April 12), the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has an official letter to the member federations whose teams have excelled in the first qualifying round of the 2024 Olympic Paris.

With 2 crisp victories 5-1 and 2-0 in the last two matches on April 5 and April 8 against the host Nepal, the Vietnam women’s team excellently won tickets to continue with the first place in the table.
Also qualified to the second qualifying round are the teams: Uzbekistan (Winner Group A), Iran (Winner Group B), Thailand (Winner Group D), Philippines (Winner Group E), Chinese Taipei (Winner Group E). F), India (Winner Group G). The seven teams that have passed the 1st Qualifier will compete with the North Korean, Japanese, Australian, Chinese and South Korean teams.
The draw to schedule the 2nd qualifying round will take place on May 18, 2023 at AFC headquarters (Kuala Lumpur).
