An AFC official media conference will take place on February 24, 1400 hours , at AFC House here, following the AFC Executive Committee meeting taking place on the same day.

An AFC official media conference will take place on February 24, 1400 hours , at AFC House here, following the AFC Executive Committee meeting taking place on the same day. 

The AFC Executive Committee meeting will finalise decisions taken in a series of standing committee meetings taking place as follows: February 20, the Organising Committee for AFC Youth Competitions kicks off the busy week at 1100 hours followed by the Futsal Committee at 1400 hours and the Women”s Committee at 1600 hours.

The Organising Committee for the AFC President”s Cup and Challenge Cup competitions will be the first to meet on February 21 at 0900 hours, followed by meetings of the Organising Committee for AFC Club Competitions (1100 hours), Organising Committee for 2007 AFC Asian Cup (1400 hours) and the Competitions Committee (1600 hours).

On February 22, the Media Committee meets at 0900 hours with Finance and Marketing Committee (1100 hours) and Safety and Fair Play Committees (1400 hours) next on the agenda.

The Vision Asia and Development Committee (1100 hours) follows the Technical Committee meeting (0900 hours) on February 23.

The Executive Committee will meet on February 24 at 0900 hours and this will be followed by the media conference.

To cover these events, representatives of the written press, photographers (including editors and technicians), radio stations and website reporters, as well as non-rights-holding TV stations, shall receive on-the-spot accreditation at the AFC Media Centre at AFC House.
