U23 Vietnam gathers the 6th period, aiming for the 2O24 AFC U23 Asian Cup
As part of the preparation plan for the 2024 AFC U23 Asian Cup , the U23 Vietnam will continue to focus on training from December 28, 2023 to January 4, 2024.
25/12/2023 17:07:35This is also the 6th gathering of the U23 Vietnam this year. All training sessions are scheduled at the same time as the National Team’s program of activities to create favorable conditions for the professional work of head coach Philippe Troussier and his colleagues.
In this training session, coach Philippe Troussier called up a total of 29 players, including 3 goalkeepers. The names on the list are also players who have been trained through youth tournaments in regional and continental arenas, including prominent names such as goalkeeper Nguyen Van Viet and defender Vu Tien Long, Nguyen Duc Anh, Tran Quang Thinh, Luong Duy Cuong, midfielder Nguyen Duc Phu, Le Quoc Nhat Nam, Vo Hoang Minh Khoa, striker Bui Vi Hao, Nguyen Quoc Viet, Nguyen Van Truong…
During training at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center, some players with excellent performances will be given the opportunity to join the National Team preparing for the 2023 Asian Cup.
