U23 Vietnam visits Dolen Omurzakov Stadium, get ready for the first match
To ensure the qualification for the matches of U23 Asian Cup 2022 Qualifier, AFC decided to not set up Dolen Omurzakov Stadium as the training field for all teams in group I. Therefore, head coach Park Hang-seo and players spent time visiting and had the overview about competition’s venue.

This decision was made due to the busy calendar of the competitions in this stadium. Dolen Omurzakov Stadium is also the venue of Group D – Women’s Asian Cup 2022 Qualifier which had just finished.
Head coach Park Hang-seo used the games to make a comfortable environment for the team.
On the morning of Oct 26, U23 Vietnam will have the last training session to prepare for the match with U23 China Taipei.
Until now, the qualifier has started with group E, H, J, and K with surprise results while in group E, U23 UAE was defeated 1-2 over U23 Kyrgyzstan, and U23 Oman also lost 1-2 in the match with U23 India.
In Group J, U23 Thailand suddenly drew 1-1 with U23 Mongolia, while U23 Malaysia had a tough game to win 1-0 over U23 Laos. In Group H, host Singapore only had 1 point in the first match with U23 Timor Leste.
