Vietnam hosts a group of AFC U23 Asian Cup Qatar 2024 – Qualifiers
As an official letter on the 16 May of AFC, Vietnam will be one of 11 hosts of AFC U23 Asian Cup Qatar 2024 TM – Qualifiers

Other countries that will also host this qualifier included: China, Korea Republic, Bahrain, Thailand, Indonesia, Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.
In this qualifier, Vietnam is in pot 1 with Australia, Japan, Korea Republic, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Iraq, Turkmenistan, Jordan và Thailand.
The draw ceremony will be held on 25 May 2023.
The AFC U23 Asian Cup Qatar 2024 takes place from 15 April to 3 May 2024 with the participation of 16 teams including 11 group winners and 5 best runners-up.
