As many U23 players of the country did not come the team is made up mostly by U21 Bahraini players while the Thai team will play without many of its good players.
The state media has recently criticized VFF for its organisation as most of the teams are not the strongest U23 ones as VFF promised, for the games to be a Shard competition⬝ for Vietnam to practise before heading for the 15th Asian Games.
