The national youth competitions organized by VFF in recent years have provided young players with valuable opportunities to compete and gain experience, helping them improve their skills, accumulate match experience and gradually develop.

In 2026, VFF is introducing the National 16 Age-Group Football Championship to its official competition system for the first time, adding an important link to the pathway for youth player development. The strong response from clubs in the inaugural season demonstrates the need for this competition.

VFF sincerely thanks Truong Tuoi Group for its trust and partnership as the main sponsor of the tournament for three years, from 2026 to 2028. The Group’s support provides practical motivation to improve the quality of tournament organization and create greater opportunities for young players to compete and gain valuable experience, thereby helping identify and nurture more talent for Vietnamese football.

On behalf of VFF, Mr. Nguyen Van Phu also expressed his appreciation to the participating clubs for their active involvement, as well as to press and media agencies and fans for their continued interest in and support of youth football activities.

Representing Truong Tuoi Group at the ceremony, Mr. Le Van Binh said that becoming the main sponsor of the National 16 Age-Group Football Championship for three consecutive years marked a significant milestone for the Group.

According to Mr. Le Van Binh, youth football is an important foundation for the future of Vietnamese football. Supporting the tournament is not simply a sponsorship activity but also reflects the Group’s long-term commitment to youth football development, creating more opportunities for young players to compete, gain experience and grow.

In the coming period, Truong Tuoi Group hopes to work closely with VFF to gradually improve the quality of the tournament, with the aim of building an increasingly professional, fair and competitive platform for young players. The Group believes the tournament will help uncover promising talents who can contribute to Vietnam’s national teams in the future.

On behalf of Truong Tuoi Group, Mr. Le Van Binh expressed his sincere appreciation to VFF for its trust and for providing the Group with the opportunity to accompany the tournament over the next three years. He also reaffirmed the Group’s commitment to responsible cooperation and meaningful, long-term support for the development of youth football in Vietnam.
