U23 Vietnam comes back to Ho Chi Minh City, starts the preparation period of the U23 AFC Championship 2020
On the afternoon of 22nd Dec, U23 Vietnam came back to Ho Chi Minh City after 10 days of training in Korea.

The team chose Ho Chi Minh City to be the place for this preparing period because of the weather here quite similar to Thailand – the host of the tournament. The training program at Korea helped the players recover a lot about the force. Besides that, the coaches also had a chance to check and evaluate the improvement of the team through 2 training matches with Yeungnam University ( with the draw 0-0) and Busan Transportation Cooperation (with the win 3-2).

Because now is the Christmas holiday so Head coach Park Hang-seo and the Korean assistants still stay in Korea 2 days with their families. They will gather with the U23 Vietnam at Ho Chi Minh City on 24th Dec.
At Ho Chi Minh City, U23 Vietnam will have 1 training week until 1st Jan 2020, after that the team will go to Thailand to join the U23 AFC Championship 2020.

According to the plan, in Thailand, U23 Vietnam will have the training match with U23 Bahrain on 3rd Jan.
On 10th Jan, U23 Vietnam will have the first match with U23 UAE. After that, the team with play against U23 Jordan on 13th Jan and the final game with U23 DPR Korea on 16th Jan.
