U23 Vietnam started the first training session at Korea
After coming to Tongyeong (Korea), on the afternoon 14th Dec, U23 Vietnam started the first training session in the preparing program for the U23 AFC Championship 2020.

Head coach Park Hang-seo announced the plan for the players before the training session
Because the key force of U23 Vietnam has just gone through a busy schedule at SEA Games 30, therefore, the training session was mainly the exercises to help the players recover.
The weather at Tongyeong is quite cold with the temperature from 5 to 9 degrees. However, this will help the players quickly recover. Besides that, the fresh environment and nature food at the beach city of Korea will ensure the foundation physical of the team.
According to the plan, U23 Vietnam will have exercise every afternoon. The team will have 2 matches with the team of Yeungnam University (18th Dec) and Busan Transportation Cooperation (21st Dec).
On 22nd Dec, U23 Vietnam will come back to Ho Chi Minh City to continue to prepare until 1st Jan or 2nd Jan before going to Thailand to join in U23 AFC Championship 2020.
