Speaking at the course, VFF General Secretary Nguyễn Văn Phú emphasized that the course was organized with the aim of helping football team members, including coaches, club staff, and players, understand AFC regulations regarding anti-corruption and anti-doping in football training and competition. Through this course, the VFF urged team officials to be the direct point of contact for disseminating relevant content to the players and coaching staff in order to meet the licensing criteria for participating in the league.

The course was divided into two parts. The first part was led by Colonel Đỗ Văn Thịnh, Head of Department 4 at the Criminal Investigation Department, and Mr. Cao Ngọc Cẩm, Chief of the VFF Office. They guided security officers and club management staff on topics related to anti-corruption and the organization of security and safety measures for football events.

Continuing the course, the second part on anti-doping was directly led by Dr. Vũ Trọng Hải, Deputy Head of the Education and Communication Department at the Doping and Sports Medicine Center. In this section, doctors and medical staff of the football teams were provided with updated knowledge on anti-doping efforts, Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUE), and the latest doping testing procedures from global sports organizations.

After attending the course organized by the VFF, the team officials will continue to guide the members and players to strictly adhere to the regulations, ensuring compliance with the requirements of FIFA and AFC.
