ACECOOK is sponsoring the National U19 Women’s Championship for the first time
On the afternoon of September 11th, the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) and ACECOOK Vietnam Joint Stock Company held a formal ceremony to announce ACECOOK as the main sponsor and to draw the fixtures for the 2024 National U19 Women’s Football Championship – ACECOOK Cup.
The ceremony was attended by Le Thi Hoang Yen – Deputy Director of the Department of Physical Education and Sports; Duong Nghiep Khoi – Secretary General of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF); Kajiwara Shinsuke – Deputy Director of the Marketing Division at ACECOOK Vietnam Joint Stock Company; Vo Van Hung – Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Professional Football Joint Stock Company (VPF); Nguyen Minh Chau – Deputy Secretary General of the VFF, along with representatives from media and press agencies.
Opening the ceremony, Duong Nghiep Khoi – Secretary General of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF), expressed his pleasure in announcing that ACECOOK Vietnam would continue its support for the 2024 National Women’s Football Championship. He shared that, after many years of involvement with Vietnamese football in general and the national team in particular, ACECOOK had decided to partner as the main sponsor of the National U19 Women’s Football Championship.
Previously, ACECOOK Vietnam had continued as the main sponsor for the National U15 Championship. Youth football in general, and women’s football in particular, remains a crucial foundation for the sustainable development of football in Vietnam. Over the years, the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) has consistently focused on youth training and enhancing the quality of youth football competitions, including the National U19 Women’s Football Championship.
During 16 years of organization, the U19 Women’s Championship (formerly the U18 Women’s National Championship) has established itself as a vital tournament, serving as a platform to nurture the dreams of young female players. It provides opportunities for talent development and contributes to the education of sportsmanship, ethics, and ambition, aiming to build a strong foundation for the growth and quality of future players in both club teams and national teams. The VFF’s efforts in organizing the tournament, along with ACECOOK Vietnam’s support, will serve as motivation for teams to deliver exciting matches and contribute to the success of the tournament.

He also hoped that football fans and media agencies would continue to support Vietnamese football in general and the 2024 National U19 Women’s Football Championship – ACECOOK Cup in particular.
In his role as the main sponsor of the championship, Kajiwara Shinsuke, Deputy Director of the Marketing Division at ACECOOK Vietnam Joint Stock Company, stated: “This year, in addition to continuing our support for the National U15 Championship – ACECOOK Cup 2024, ACECOOK Vietnam is honored to become the main sponsor of the National U19 Women’s Football Championship – ACECOOK Cup 2024. The National U19 Women’s Football Championship – ACECOOK Cup 2024 will feature six teams: Hanoi, Phong Phu Ha Nam, Ho Chi Minh City, Thai Nguyen T&T, Son La, and Zantino Vinh Phuc. The teams will compete in a double round-robin format, playing home and away matches to determine the final standings. The scoring system is as follows: 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, and 0 points for a loss. The team with the highest total points after all matches will be ranked first and crowned as the champion of the tournament. The competition will take place from September 18, 2024, to October 19, 2024, with matches held at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center (first leg) and Ha Nam Stadium (second leg).
Immediately following the signing ceremony and announcement of the main sponsor, the organizing committee conducted the draw to determine the fixtures for both the home and away legs. On the opening day, the matches at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center will feature: Ho Chi Minh City vs. Zantino Vinh Phuc and Phong Phu Ha Nam vs. Hanoi. Detailed match schedules and livestream timings will be provided in due course.
