Mr. Nguyễn Văn Phú was appointed as the General Secretary of VFF for the 9th Term (2022-2026)
At the 7th meeting of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) Executive Committee for the 9th Term (2022-2026), it was unanimously agreed to appoint Mr. Nguyễn Văn Phú as the General Secretary of the VFF for the 9th Term (2022-2026), replacing Mr. Dương Nghiệp Khôi, who resigned from the position of General Secretary of the VFF due to personal reasons.

LPBank becomes the main sponsor of LPBank Cup 2024
On August 19, 2024, the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) and Lộc Phát Vietnam Bank (LPBank) held a signing ceremony and announced LPBank as the main sponsor of the LPBank Cup 2024 international friendly football tournament. With LPBank’s support, the tournament will feature three national teams: Vietnam, Russia, and Thailand, and will take place from September 5 to September 10, 2024, at the My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi.
