The Vietnam national football team has received the Fair Play Award at the 2014 Southeast Asian Football Championship – AFF Suzuki Cup, announced the organising board on December 20.

According to football experts, in this year’s tournament, the team showed their dedication to football with a number of eye-catching attacking phases.
At the individual title, Malaysian midfielder Safiq Rahim won the Scorer Award with six goals in seven matches while Thai striker Chanathip Songkrasin triumphed the Best Player award.
