Friendly match: Vietnam Women Team vs. Australia Embassy’s Team: 7-0
On the afternoon of Jan 23, Vietnam Women Team had the second friendly match with Australia Embassy’s Team at Vietnam Youth Football Training Centre. After 2 halves, the team of head coach Mai Duc Chung won 7-0.
The Australia Embassy’s team doesn’t have good strength but they have technical. Therefore, the women’s team had the chance to apply the new tactics. Tuyet Dung had an early goal before Pham Hai Yen had another goal at the 10th minute.
With the advantage of speech and physical strength, the women team had one more goal in the first half by Bich Thuy.
Move to the second half, head coach Mai Duc Chung continued to test new players. The women team had 4 goals in the second half, therefore won 7-0 over the opponent.
Head coach Mai Duc Chung argued that: “This is the line-up with many key players, however, besides the defense, other positions didn’t have good connect. We will continue to test the line-up, tactics, and increase the challenge in the next week”.
