JFA’s President sends congratulatory letter to Vietnam U17 National Team on qualifying for the FIFA U17 World Cup Qatar 2026
Mr. Tsuneyasu Miyamoto, President of the Japan Football Association (JFA), sent a congratulatory letter to Tran Quoc Tuan and the Vietnam U17 national team following their outstanding achievement in securing qualification for the FIFA U-17 World Cup Qatar 2026.
22/05/2026 11:40:59In his letter, Tsuneyasu Miyamoto extended his warmest congratulations to the Vietnam Football Federation President and the entire Vietnamese football family on the historic milestone of Vietnam’s U17 national team qualifying for the FIFA U17 World Cup for the first time.
President Tsuneyasu Miyamoto emphasized that this achievement is a testament to the persistent efforts of the players, coaching staff and all individuals who have contributed to the development of youth football in Vietnam. At the same time, the Japan Football Association expressed its delight in joining the Vietnam Football Federation in representing Asian football on the world stage and hoped the tournament would bring positive experiences and memorable moments for both teams.
In addition, President Tsuneyasu Miyamoto wished the Vietnam Football Federation continued success in the future and expressed his hope of meeting Tran Quoc Tuan in person soon to congratulate him on the impressive achievement of the Vietnam U17 national team.
