VFF’s leadership met with the two national U14 and U16 Women’s football teams
On the afternoon of February 4th, a representative of the leadership of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF), General Secretary Nguyễn Văn Phú, met with and extended New Year’s greetings to the coaching staff and players of the national U14 and U16 Women’s football teams on the first day of 2025.
On the occasion of the New Year, General Secretary Nguyễn Văn Phú extended his New Year’s greetings and inquired about the health of the players’ families and the coaching staff of both teams. He also reminded the players to continue their efforts in both their cultural studies and professional training to contribute to the national women’s teams.
On behalf of the two teams, young player Trương Thị Thảo Nguyên (U16) expressed her gratitude for the attention of the leadership of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) and the coaches. Thảo Nguyên also shared her determination to work hard alongside her teammates to meet the expectations of the coaching staff and the VFF.
The national U14 and U16 Women’s football teams resumed their training and had their first practice session yesterday (February 3rd) after a two-week break for the Lunar New Year with their families.
