Hung Dung, Hoang Duc, Tien Linh join the 31st SEA Games campaign with U23 Vietnam
On April 8, head coach Park Hang-seo officially made a decision to select 3 players over 23 years old to join the U23 Vietnam team to attend the 31st SEA Games. That is Do Hung Dung, Nguyen Hoang Duc and Nguyen Tien Linh.

Before announcing this decision, head coach Park Hang-seo also had a very frank share with media about his views on selecting personnel for the U23 Vietnam team to attend the 31st SEA Games campaign, and at the same time affirmed the selected factors have been carefully consulted by the coaching assistants and evaluated as the best options for the team.
In fact, Hung Dung, Hoang Duc and Tien Linh are all key players in the national team, throughout major tournaments such as the AFF Cup, World Cup Qualifiers. These players is also considered a heavy “weapon” that contributed greatly to helping Vietnam U23 win the championship at the 30th SEA Games in 2019.
According to the plan, Hung Dung, Hoang Duc and Tien Linh will join with U23 Vietnam on April 14.
