The AFC/VFF professional diploma coaching course – Module 2 in Japan

On August 27, the members attending the AFC/VFF professional diploma coaching course – Module 2 travelled to Japan to start a 3-week study program from August 28 to September 18/ 2022.

The AFC/VFF professional diploma coaching course – Module 2 is organised by the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) with support from the Japan Football Federation according to the content of the MOU between the two federations.

The course continues to be trained by VFF Technical Director Adachi Yusuke – Elite trainer of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). In addition, trainees have the opportunity to study and practice through experts from the Japan Football Federation and Tokyo Football Association. The contents of the course are divided into topics on goalkeeping, fitness, match analysis, grassroots, etc.

Along with the theoretical content, trainees will be able to observe matches in the youth tournaments U13, U15, and U18 and matches in professional leagues in Japan such as the J1 League, J2 League, and J3 League. The J1 League is one of the most successful club competitions in Asia and the only one to be rated ‘A’ by AFC.

Module 2 had the participation of 12 students: Chu Dinh Nghiem, Hua Hien Vinh, Le Duc Tuan, Nguyen Anh Duc, Vu Nhu Thanh, Nguyen Xuan Hieu, Duong Minh Ninh, Dao Quang Hung, Nguyen Cong Manh , Van Thi Thanh, Le Quang Trai, Le Bat Hieu.

After the end of module 2, trainees will continue to participate in modules 3 and 4 which take place in early 2023.
