In a friendly match at Binh Duong stadium in the evening of Feb 08, U23 Vietnam had a victory 3-0 over U19 Binh Duong.
This is the first friendly match of U23 Vietnam in the training camp in Binh Duong before travelling to Cambodia to join the AFF U23 Championships. Before the match, the sudden light rain made the air sultry, the ground was wet, so it was somewhat slippery. But it is an opportunity for the players to adapt once they encounter similar weather in Phnom Penh.

However, U23 Vietnam also faced strong resistance from U19 Binh Duong. However, the difference in qualifications was concretized by the leading goal for Vietnam U23 in the 65th minute. From a pass from the right-wing, Van Huu shot to break the deadlock of the match. . Seven minutes later, Quang Nho scored another goal for U23 Vietnam.
