VFF and VFF’s President are awarded the Third Class Labor Medal
At the 2023 Annual Congress of the Vietnam Football Federation, on the morning of October 15, the Vietnam Football Federation and President of the Vietnam Football Federation Tran Quoc Tuan were honored to be awarded the Third Class Labor Medal for outstanding achievements in the career of building and developing Vietnamese Football, and effective contributions in enhancing the position of Vietnamese football in the international arena.

On behalf of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ms. Trinh Thi Thuy – Deputy Minister congratulated VFF on the honor of receiving the noble award from the Party and State Leaders to the collective and individual VFF President Tran Quoc Tuan. “We acknowledge the efforts and contributions of the VFF collective, generations of VFF leaders, the Executive Committee and individual comrade Tran Quoc Tuan. This award is completely worthy of the dedication and contributions of VFF in the development of the country’s football career, with regional and international achievements. We hope that with the achievements we have achieved over the past time, VFF and the individual President of VFF will continue to make more efforts. In the coming period, not only football activities but also cultural, sports and tourism activities must try harder to overcome difficulties and overcome challenges. On behalf of the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, we would like to respectfully congratulate you,” Ms. Trinh Thi Thuy emphasized.
Speaking at the ceremony to receive the Third Class Labor Medal, on behalf of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Football Federation, President of the Vietnam Football Federation Tran Quoc Tuan affirmed: “This is an honor for Vietnamese Football. To achieve today’s results is the effort and dedication of many generations of football players, accumulated under the guidance of former Presidents and former Leaders through the periods to Vietnamese Football to achieve extremely brilliant achievements… This is a great motivation for the VFF and its member organizations to continue to strive and make more efforts to complete the tasks assigned by the Party and State. as well as the expectations of fans, bringing Vietnamese football to new successes and reaching new heights in the future.”
