Closing and awards ceremony of HDBank Futsal National Championship 2023
On the afternoon of August 4, the HDBank Futsal National Championship 2023 officially ended with the championship belonging to Thai Son Nam Club in Ho Chi Minh City. This is also the 12th crowning of this team in the tournament’s history.

This year’s season with a breakthrough change in the home-away format has created an exciting atmosphere in the stands. In addition, the appearance of foreign soldiers also contributed to creating a new wind, helping the race in the championship group become more attractive and dramatic in the second leg.
This year the tournament once again has to wait until the final round to determine the champion, second and third. Due to the home-away format instead of gathering in one place like in previous seasons, the organizers have actively prepared options for awarding prizes at two “hot” spots, namely Q8 futsal club (where the match between Thai Son Nam Ho Chi Minh City and GFDI Song Han took place) and My Dinh Athletics Palace (where the match between Hanoi and Sahako took place).
Attending the match deciding the championship and awarding the prizes of the award at the Q8 futsal club’s National Stadium were Mr. Do Tien Sy – Member of the Party Central Committee, General Director of the Voice of Vietnam (VOV), Mr. Tran Minh Hung – Deputy General Director of VOV, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Olympic Committee, Co-Head of the Steering Committee for the HDBank futsal National Championship 2023; On the VFF side, there were Mr. Tran Anh Tu – VFF Vice President, Mr. Truong Quoc Dung – Member of the VFF’s Arbitration Committee; On behalf of the sponsors, there were Mr. Le Thanh Trung – Deputy General Director of HDBank, Mr. Tran Hue Anh – Deputy Director of the Southern branch of Dong Luc Joint Stock Company;
At the competition site of My Dinh Athletics Palace, there were the attendance of Mr. Nguyen Hong Minh – Deputy Director of the Vietnam Sport Adminstration, Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien – VFF Vice President, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hoi – Standing Member of the VFF Executive Committee, Mr. Tran Anh Minh – Member of the Executive Committee, Member of the VFF Futsal Committee, Mr. Nguyen Minh Chau – VFF’s Deputy General Secretary, Chairman of the Organizing Committee; Representatives of HDBank Sponsor, Dong Luc Joint Stock Company, and a large number of futsal fans came to enjoy the match and cheer for the teams.
