Opening ceremony of the Futsal HDBank National Championship 2022 in Lam Dong Province
This afternoon (June 14), at the Gymnastics and Sports Arena of Lam Dong province, the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF), the Voice of Vietnam Radio (VOV) and the People’s Committee of Lam Dong province coordinated to kick-off the Futsal HDBank National Championship 2022.
Participating in the 2022 Futsal HDBank National Championship, the top 6 teams in the 2021 season are Thai Son Nam, Sahako, Saigon FC, Thai Son Bac, Sanvinest Khanh Hoa, Hieu Hoa Da Nang and the top 3 teams of the qualifying round 2022 are Tan Hiep Hung, Hung Gia Khang Dak Lak , and Cao Bang.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Tran Minh Hung, Deputy General Director of VOV – Head of the Steering Organisation Committee, thanked the Provincial Party Committee, the People’s Council, the People’s Committee and the provincial authorities in Lam Dong, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; General Department of Physical Education and Sports; The Vietnam Football Federation and the news agencies and press have supported the tournament. Mr. Tran Minh Hung shared that, from 2017 to now, VOV, in collaboration with VFF, has successfully organized national and international Futsal tournaments, appreciated by experts as well as domestic and foreign press. The VOV-VFF Futsal competition have really spread widely and are a valuable gift for Vietnamese and international fans.
Mr. Tran Minh Hung also hopes to continue those successes. Today, for the first time in the friendly and hospitable city of Da Lat, we witness the Opening Ceremony of the National Championship Futsal HDBank 2022. I believe that, with the experience and professionalism in the process of preparing the organization of the province, along with the talent and investment of the teams, this year’s season will be more attractive.
The opening ceremony of the 2022 Futsal HDBank National Championship took place excitingly with performances by 30 artists of Lam Dong province’s Ethnic Dance Union, and the cheers of nearly 1,000 spectators. This is the sixth year VOV has cooperated with VFF to organize the HDBank Futsal National Tournaments system and the first time a national Futsal tournament has been held in Lam Dong province.
Also this afternoon, the next two matches in the first round of the tournament competed in Lam Dong province.
