Therefore, over the next two weeks, with excellent facilities and favorable conditions for classrooms and training fields, I, as the supervisor, and the main instructors, Lê Huỳnh Đức and Trần Đức Toản, will strive to impart knowledge to the participants. Through this, the trainees will be able to bring what they have learned back to their localities and share it with the players, helping them to develop in the best possible way,” emphasized Mr. Koshida Takeshi.
Instructor Lê Huỳnh Đức also shared: “I am very happy that the participants have prepared early to approach the coaching role. We are here to exchange ideas, learn from each other, and complete this course together.”
“We have just won the championship at the ASEAN Cup 2024. This is the third time Vietnam has won the Southeast Asia Championship, which is a great success and joy. However, our long-term goal is to participate in the 2030 World Cup. Therefore, the Vietnam Football Federation is counting on you, as you will be the future coaches who will train the U13, U15 teams. They are the future, the foundation of Vietnamese football,” added instructor Lê Huỳnh Đức.

Mr. Lưu Quang Điện Biên – Director of the VFF’s Grassroots, Coaching Education and Affiliated MAs, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee, spoke at the ceremony: “This is the second time the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) has organized this course in Thanh Hoa. On behalf of the VFF, I would like to express our gratitude to the Thanh Hoa Football Association for their cooperation and excellent preparation of the facilities for this course. With the goal of creating a pool of coaches to meet the growing demand for knowledge enhancement and access to modern football, the VFF has organized many coaching courses. However, we still cannot fully meet the increasing demand from organizations. Therefore, the participants here should make the most of this opportunity to focus on learning, unite, and absorb knowledge from the instructors in order to successfully complete this course.”
Mr. Lưu Quang Điện Biên also expressed his hope that after returning to their localities, the participants would share the knowledge they have gained, regularly update themselves with new information, and continue to enhance their coaching skills in order to contribute to the development of Vietnamese football.
The C/AFC/VFF Football Coach Training Course is being held from January 8 to January 20, 2025, in Thanh Hoa.
